Champion Colossus

Colossus is a 14 speed driver. Although it has a wide rim, it is also relatively easy to hold and throw both backhand and forehand. If you've wanted to throw a really fast driver, but couldn't quite handle the wide rim, try the Colossus.

Champion Line is produced with a hi-tech plastic that provides outstanding performance and durability. Champion discs are distinguished by a clear or pearlescent plastic. The Champion Line discs retain original flight characteristics for an extended period of time. Whether used in heavily wooded situations, or on extremely rugged courses, the Champion Line plastic will continue to perform predictably and avoid damage better than any other plastic. Originally designed for professional players, Champion Line discs are usually more stable than the same model in Pro, R-Pro or DX.

The disc golf market leader Innova Discs started in 1983 and have been at the forefront of disc golf ever since. Based in California in the United States, Innova Discs has a full line of discs from putters to distance drivers in many popular plastic types.

Popular Innova discs include: Aviar, Roc, Teebird, Leopard, Firebird, and Destroyer.

The numbers that usually appear on the top of the disc indicate the flight characteristics of the disc. The most commonly used way to tell the flight characteristics is to use four numbers: speed, glide, stability and fade.

Disc golf discs usually weigh between 140 and 180 grams. The lighter the disc, the less stable it is. Conversely, the heavier the disc, the more overstable it behaves.
