Innova

Star Daedalus

A distance driver for humans who want to soar with gods. The Daedalus has wings to fly far down the fairway. The Daedalus is a new maximum downwind distance driver crafted for less powerful players. The disc will double as a long distance roller for more advanced players. The Daedalus likes to be thrown low. Make sure it doesn't soar too close to the sun.

Innova's Star Line plastic is created with a special blend of grippy, resilient polymers. Star Plastic offers almost the same outstanding durability of the Champion Plastic, plus improved grip like our Pro Plastic. High performance, longevity, and superior grip make Innova Star Line discs the ideal choice for your game.

The disc golf market leader Innova Discs started in 1983 and have been at the forefront of disc golf ever since. Based in California in the United States, Innova Discs has a full line of discs from putters to distance drivers in many popular plastic types.

Popular Innova discs include: Aviar, Roc, Teebird, Leopard, Firebird, and Destroyer.

The numbers that usually appear on the top of the disc indicate the flight characteristics of the disc. The most commonly used way to tell the flight characteristics is to use four numbers: speed, glide, stability and fade.

Disc golf discs usually weigh between 140 and 180 grams. The lighter the disc, the less stable it is. Conversely, the heavier the disc, the more overstable it behaves.
