ESP is an advanced polymer plastic that is more durable than X Line and grippier than Z Line plastic. New ESP plastic is stiffer and has a touch more grip than traditional ESP material.

With ESP Swirl technology the amount of colors and variety of colors in each disc will vary. Discs might have clearly several colors or some could have only one solid color.

The numbers that usually appear on the top of the disc indicate the flight characteristics of the disc. The most commonly used way to tell the flight characteristics is to use four numbers: speed, glide, stability and fade.

Disc golf discs usually weigh between 140 and 180 grams. The lighter the disc, the less stable it is. Conversely, the heavier the disc, the more overstable it behaves.
