TONE technology (patent pending in Finland) combines the best properties of two different plastics in a completely new way with 3-dimensional appearance. This additionally accelerates the disc's spin speed during throws. All these elements collectively enhance the disc, unlocking its peak performance potential.

In Tone Plastic molds the flight stability can be altered by changing the colour of the plastic compound at the bottom of the rim of the disc.

The numbers that usually appear on the top of the disc indicate the flight characteristics of the disc. The most commonly used way to tell the flight characteristics is to use four numbers: speed, glide, stability and fade.

Disc golf discs usually weigh between 140 and 180 grams. The lighter the disc, the less stable it is. Conversely, the heavier the disc, the more overstable it behaves.
