Plastic:
Project ChainGrip
ChainGrip is Latitude 64°'s most experimental putter plastic yet and it's built around one obsession: grip. It's a dual-plastic fusion. The core and inner rim use familiar Zero Hard for a stiff, trustworthy foundation. The outer rim? The grippiest plastic we've ever put on a disc. The result is a putter that wants to grab chains.
Brand:
Latitude 64
Latitude 64, based in Skellefteå, Sweden, has grown to become one of the world's largest manufacturers of disc golf discs. Their product range also includes disc golf bags, targets, and other accessories. Premium plastics manufactured by Latitude 64 include Opto, Gold, Royal Grand, Bio Gold, and Frost. The grip-enhancing and faster-wearing base plastics are Royal Sense, Zero Soft/Medium/Hard, and Retro.
Popular Latitude 64 discs include: Pure, Grace, Saint, River, and Diamond.
Flight Numbers
The numbers that usually appear on the top of the disc indicate the flight characteristics of the disc. The most commonly used way to tell the flight characteristics is to use four numbers: speed, glide, stability and fade.
Disc Weight
Disc golf discs usually weigh between 140 and 180 grams. The lighter the disc, the less stable it is. Conversely, the heavier the disc, the more overstable it behaves.
