R2 Eclipse Rim Starter Set

R2 Neutron Eclipse Rim is MVP’s first step towards making disc golf a more reusable and environmentally sustainable sport, and we couldn’t be prouder of it! Replicating the look and feel of classic Neutron, R2 Neutron - as a combination of many colors of Neutron plastic - will only be available in black cores with gray rims (to differentiate from the classic MVP lineup). R2 Neutron discs will fly the same as their Neutron counterparts, but with the benefit of being more eco friendly.

R2 Eclipse Rim plastic will combine a new and improved glow experience. The gray rim is photoreactive and glows in the dark.

Axiom Discs are manufactured using the same technology and in the same factory as MVP Disc Sports’ discs. The rims of Axiom Discs' discs come in different colors, distinguishing them from MVP discs. Axiom Discs' discs are made from two different plastics, branded as the Gyro technology. The purpose of a dual-plastic disc is to shift the weight of the disc to the outer edge, increasing the amount of spin and providing a slight stability boost.

Axiom Discs' premium plastic blends include Neutron, Plasma, Proton, Eclipse, Fission, and R2-Neutron. Grippier and faster-wearing base plastics include Electron Soft, Electron, and Electron Firm.
