Tursas is a understable mid-range with outstanding control for unhyzers. Very easy to throw.

Tournament plastic is an advanced version of VIP-plastic that contains technical polymers making it opaque. The durability of Tournament plastic is at the same level than VIP Plastic, but the Tournament's grip is slightly better. It has a softer feel, thus breaking in easier than VIP. Tournament plastic is closely similar to Latitude Gold plastic.

Westside Discs is a brand originally developed in Finland, inspired by the naming conventions of Finland’s national epic, Kalevala. Westside Discs forms Trilogy, a close connection with Dynamic Discs and Latitude 64. These manufacturers produce their discs in the same factory using the same types of plastics, but each has its own lineup of disc models. Westside Discs' premium plastics, known as Vip, Tournament, and Elasto. The basic plastics, which are grippier but less durable, include Bt Soft/Medium/Hard and BT Origio.

Some of Westside Discs' most popular discs include Tursas, Underworld (Manala), Hatchet (Sotakirves), Sword (Kalevan miekka), and Swan (Tuonelan joutsen).

The numbers that usually appear on the top of the disc indicate the flight characteristics of the disc. The most commonly used way to tell the flight characteristics is to use four numbers: speed, glide, stability and fade.

Disc golf discs usually weigh between 140 and 180 grams. The lighter the disc, the less stable it is. Conversely, the heavier the disc, the more overstable it behaves.
